There aren't many words that are different but here are the few I have noticed this far:
Aussie English - UK English
Thongs - Flip flops (don't get those two mixed up LOL!)
Manchester - Linens (sheets, towels, duvet covers etc)
Pants - Trousers
Doona - Duvet
Esky - Cool box
Snag - Sausage
Milk bar - Corner shop
There's probably a few more I will come across in the months to come but thought I would just share with you my first finds......!
